Nova Açores range of milks awarded 5 Star and Consumer Choice prizes for the 2nd year running

2024 is off to a positive start for Nova Açores with its range of milks awarded Consumer Choice and 5 Star prizes for the second year running. "These distinctions are the result of the brand's work in creating unique products that bring the best of Azorean nature to the homes of the Portuguese, reflecting the respect and care taken throughout the grazing, manufacturing and distribution process. We share this distinction with our customers, partners and employees who contribute daily to our products being recognized for their genuineness and excellence," says José Carlos Serrão, general manager of the LactAçores Group, of which Nova Açores is a part.

In the various evaluation phases of the 5 Star Award, Nova Açores stands out for its quality. In the Satisfaction and Price/Quality Ratio categories, it outperforms its competitors, giving it a strong presence and satisfaction among consumers. The other evaluation levels are also showing positive growth, the result of a constant quest to improve the product delivered to its consumers.

In the 12th edition of the Consumer Choice Awarded Brands, Nova Açores obtained a strong evaluation score in the categories 'Attributes' recognized by the consumer, 'Benefits' expected in consumption and 'Purchase Intention or Recommendation'. The categories 'Emotions' conveyed by the brand and 'Values' associated with the brand with which consumers identify, also revealed a very positive score, which resulted in the award for the second year running.
