Nova AçoresNova Açores Salted Butter is a purely Azorean butter, produced only from pasteurized fresh cream and salt.
With an intense flavour and a rich texture, it is ideal to savour at any time of the day and was created for every family moment.
Available in 250 g packages and in 250 g and 10 g cuvettes.
Butter
Already in the century. XVI, Gaspar Frutuoso, Azorean historian, priest and humanist, referred in his chronicles that “…the milk is very thick and thus makes a lot of butter, and nowhere do they give more cows…”.
Its characteristic colour and aroma come from pastures, rich in beta-carotenes, on which the cows feed freely.
