The São Jorge PDO Cheese Aged 4 months is a product with a strong, clean and slightly spicy aroma, obtained from raw cow's milk, salt and rennet.
It is a very versatile cheese, which can be used for culinary purposes (pasta, pizzas, salads, au gratin, desserts), as can be savoured on a cheese board accompanied by an artisan beer or a glass of a more mature Port. It is the perfect ally for any time of day.
Available in whole format, quarters, slices and roll.
