Lourais Island Cheese is a matured cheese with a semi-hard and firm texture, produced on the beautiful island of São Jorge.

Matured for a minimum of 2 months, it is a product with a strong aroma and flavour, clean and slightly spicy. This cheese is produced from raw cow's milk, salt and rennet.

Available in whole format, quarters and slices.
